Tim from Bay Area services was the only sales person that took the time to take the extra time to go over everything in detail. Other quotes left information for me to decide what I wanted and not tell me much about their products. The installers were also great. They answered all my questions fully and made recommendations for proper maintenance that made sense. They were not my 1st choice at 1st due to cost only, but after talking to Tim again, he pointed out some things that made sense and I believe I would have made a big mistake going with a brand name not well known for a few hundred dollars.
