Tune-Ups: Our service technicians provide preventative maintenance by completing tune ups on your heating and cooling equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, Mitsubishi mini-splits, and boilers.

Diagnostic Service: If you are having problems with your heating or cooling equipment, we have service technicians available who can diagnose the problems with your equipment, and determine next steps for repairs. Again, we can complete diagnostic service on air conditioners, boilers, furnaces, and Mitsubishi ductless heating and cooling units.

Estimates for Replacement or Add-on: If you are thinking about replacing, updating, or adding on to your existing heating and cooling system, our sales consultants at Bay Area Services are available to meet with you and provide you with a quote on how much it will cost you. It is free to meet with one of our consultants to receive an estimate if you are interesting in getting more information about replacing your current unit, and don’t hesitate to call and ask questions about how this works. At Bay Area Services, we can provide you with quotes and information for replacement or add-ons of: Trane or Rheem furnaces, Weil-McLain or Williamson boilers, Trane or Rheem air conditioners, or Mitsubishi ductless systems. Our consultants at Bay Area Services can also meet with you to give you estimates if you are looking to add additional ductwork to your home.
