Tom started Bay Area Services out of his garage in 1981 as a major appliance repair shop. His many years of experience as a service technician with a major area retailer helped to set him on his way to become a thriving business owner. Tom has watched his business grow and change into one of the area's leading heating & cooling contractors.

Jack has been with Bay Area Services since spring of 1998. He has many years of experience in the heating & cooling industry. Jack supervises the installation crews and is responsible for scheduling of all new home and replacement jobs.
Dan began as a installation technician with Bay Area Services in 1990. His many years of service and installation training are a great asset to the company. He currently works as a liaison between new home contractors and installation crews.
Guy joined Bay Area Services in the summer of 2001. He has over 23 years of sales experience with numerous awards and recognition for customer satisfaction. Guy counsels home and small business owners on equipment replacement as well as remodeling projects.
Sharon began with Bay Area Services in 1987. She has over 20 years experience in customer service and management and has received training in business administration, accounting and computer science. Sharon takes care of bookkeeping and payroll as well as assisting with service and counter sales.
Brad joined Bay Area Services in 2002. He has over 15 years experience in customer relations and holds a degree in microcomputer systems operation. Brad maintains the computer and technology systems within the organization as well as assisting with service and counter sales.
Jamie - Service Technician
Jamie joined Bay Area Services in the spring of 1996. He brought with him over 15 years of experience in the service and heating & cooling field. Jamie has also received additional training in hydronic heating systems. Jamie has undergone specialized training to earn his top gun installer title.
Jerry 
began
with Bay Area Services in the winter of 1998. He has over 11 years
experience in the heating & cooling industry. Jerry works with
contractors and customers to coordinate perfect home comfort systems

Joey joined the Bay Area Services team in the summer of 2001. He has over 6 years experience in the heating & cooling field. Joey has also received additional training in hydronic heating systems.
Shannon started with Bay Area Services in the summer of 2001. He has over 4 years experience in residential and commercial heating & cooling. Shannon has undergone specialized training to earn his top gun installer title.

Ron-Service Technician
Ron joined Bay Area Services in the Winter of 2004. He has several years experience in heating & cooling service & installation.
Jay has been with Bay Area Services since July 2002. He has over 11 years experience in residential and commercial heating and cooling and has a degree in HVAC systems
Brian - Installation Technician
Brian started with Bay Area Services in January 2003. He has six years experience in residential and commercial/light industrial heating and cooling systems.
Travis - Installation Technician
Travis joined the Bay Area Services team in September 2005. He has nine years experience in HVAC service and installation and has completed extensive technical training in the field.
Randy has over 20 years experience in customer service and energy consultation. He started with Bay Area Services in December 2009. Randy has attended many conferences and training with regards to home performance and energy savings.
